The history of Villa Aria dates back to the first half of the 20th century. The building's origins are estimated to be around 1930, when it operated under the name "Reduta," and was later renamed "Wolność" (Freedom). The history of Villa Aria is closely linked to the development of the spa resort during the interwar period and the post-war history of tourism in the region. During its peak popularity—particularly in the Second Polish Republic and the PRL era—Aria was known as an intimate holiday retreat offering a "homelike" standard away from the bustle of the Main Pump Room, which is just a few minutes' walk away.
For years, the building functioned as a holiday center. Today, operating as Villa Aria, it has undergone a complete modernization to meet contemporary hotel standards while preserving its historic guesthouse character. Following the renovation, it combines heritage with comfort and elegance. The spacious rooms and carefully preserved architectural elements serve as a reminder of the building’s former years. Our villa is located in an exceptionally quiet and peaceful spot at the end of Jana Kiepury Street, with excellent access to the town center. The proximity to nature, the tranquility, and the daily presence of forest friends create a unique atmosphere perfect for relaxation and peace of mind. It is the ideal place to unwind in an environment of comfort, fine design, and refined aesthetics—all in the immediate vicinity of the Spa Park and local attractions.
